As we were wandering around Bur Dubai we stumbled across a wonderful discovery: a coffee museum.
Their website may still be in the proposal stage, but the museum itself is well-developed, if small. Entrance is free, and for a small fee you can sample coffees prepared in different ways from around the world.
Or you can hang out at the espresso bar upstairs and surf the complimentary wifi.
You can also enjoy exhibits about the history of coffee, and see vintage coffee grinders from all around the world. Then stop by the gift shop to pick up some beans of your own.
This was a great surprise, and a great break from the heat too. If you’re around, check it out!
